Tomato Soup Recipe

Main Ingrdients


Tomatoes        10 no.s (medium size)


Other Ingredients


Onion             1 small size (cut into lengthwise)
Garlic             1tbsp  (chopped)
Bay leaves      1
Salt                 As per the taste
Butter            1 tbsp
Cream            As per require
Sugar            1 tsp
Black pepper powder    1tsp
Cornflour powder    2 tsps

Cooking time    22 minutes

Yield         5 Serves
 
Method

In a kadhai take tomatoes, onions,chopped garlic and bay leaf with 1 glass of water let it boil for 10 to 12 minutes/ till cooked. Take out the bay leaf cool down, blend in a mixer into a smooth juice.
Strain this through a strainer to remove the seeds, take the juice in the same kadhai pour the leftover water with 2 glasses of fresh water, salt,sugar, black pepper powder and butter mix well boil for 6 to 7 minutes by stirring occasionally. Make a cornflour paste by adding a little water pour it into the soup boil until thick consistency reaches. Furnish with cream and bread croutons.
