Keema Sandwich Recipe



Sandwich is a snack item, it’s a favorite one for adults and children too. There are more than 25 types of sandwinches. I want to present some of them. We can use black or white bread for sandwich. Generally we use egg, mutton/chicken, vegetables, slices of fruits and fish alongwith butter between 2 slices of bread. The name of the sandwich depends the material  stuffed inside the bread. 
 


Ingredients

Keema          ¼ kg
Potatoes       5 to 6 no.s
Bread slices  30 no.s
Butter           2 tbsps
Ghee             1 tbsp
Ginger           a small piece
 Garlic           4 to 5 pods
Salt to to taste
Garam masala small quantity


Method:-

Boil potatoes peel off outer skin then smash them.
Boil keema with mircha powder, salt & garam masala.
Fry keema for 7 to 8 minutes in oil , add mashed potatoes mix well and fry for few minutes.
Add crushed ginger & garlic. put off the stove.
Apply butter on each bread slice. set the round slices of tomatoes, Capsicum & onions fried  keema between 2 bread slices and press it gently.
Apply ghee on the outer side of bread and it should be heated up in toaster on coal stove or gas stove till it turns into brownish colour.
