Walnut Chicken Recipe/ Moogng Phali Koodi Koora/ Pallilatho Kodi Koora


Walnut chicken  

Chicken – 1Kg
Walnuts / moong phali / pallilu - powder

Other ingredients:- 
Egg white               -2 no.s
Corn starch powder – 4 tea spoons
Pepper powder        - 1and half tsp
Oil                         – 2 cups
Salt to taste

Method:-  

Cut the chicken into medium size pieces.
Add salt, pepper powder (use fresh powder) to the chicken.
Add a little water to corn starch, mix it and then add egg white, beat thoroughly.
Dip the chicken in the mixture take out the pieces, then dip in the walnut powder. Fry them until it gets light brown in colour. Take it into a plate.
Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.

Note:- the walnut chicken should be fried in low flame.
