Main Ingrdients:-
Cooked rice 500gms
Chicken 250gms (Fried masala chicken / left over chicken)
Other Ingredients:-
Eggs 2 no.s
Onion 1 small size (cut into lengthwise)
Green chillies 5 slit
Ginger (paste) 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 3 medium size
garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 10 to 12 leaves
Oil 2 tbsp
Bay leaves 4 to 5
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Salt As per the taste
Ghee 1 tbsp
Method:-
Beat the eggs set aside.
Heat deep vessel add oil after heating oil add bay leaves,jeera,ajwain let them splutter, add onions and green chillies fry for a few minutes until they get light golden brown, add ginger and garlic paste stir fry, let the raw smell disappers.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chillie powder and salt when the tomatoes gets soften, pour beaten eggs stir fry for a moments nearly 5 to 7 minutes then add fried chicken and curry leaves to the gravy saute on low flame till nice aroma spreads up then add cooked rice combine well, cover a lid let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes in simmer. Pour ghee at last. Chicken fried biryani is ready.Enjoy with dahi raita.
Dahi raita:-
Curd 1 cup
Onions (small) 1/2 cup
Salt as required
Green chillies 2 no.s (small pieces)
Coconut grated 1 tbsp
Black salt 1/4th tsp
Black pepper 1/4th tsp
Combine all ingredients and serve with Fried Chicken Biryani.
