Method:-
- Wash and pat dry the chicken legs. Make 4 light cuts / incissions on both sides of each drumstick.
- Mix all ingredients (except chat masala)and marinate with chicken pieces for 1 hour.
- Grease a flat borosil dish. Place the chicken on it. Cook on combination mode (microwave 540 W + Grill) for 8 minutes. Turn side and smear the remainig marinade cook for 4 minutes on the same combination mode.
- Remove the chicken pieces from the gravy.
- Brush oil to the stand and place the chicken pieces on it. Grill for 15 minutes / till cook.
- Sprinkle chat masala and serve with coriander chutney/ pudina chutney.

Lemon juice 3tbsp
Oil 2tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Curd 1/2 cup - hang for 30 minutes
Chillie powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsp
Kaju/cashew nut 8 no.s ground to a powder
Thick Cream 1/4 cup
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
Color a pinch
Garam masala powder 2+2 (green and brown cardamom), 1 inch cinnamon stick, 5/6 cloves,
