RECIPE:
- PANEER MASALA (SAILU’S HOME MADE).

OIL AND SPICES USED IN THIS CURRY
INGREDIENTS

Onion – 1 no (Medium size- Cut into small pieces)

Green Chillies – 4 nos. (slit)

Salt- as you require

Turmeric- ¼ tsp

Bay leaves - 2

Oil – 3tbsp
To make a paste

Red Chilli – 1 no
9.
Garam Masala – Elaichi-2nos, Labang-3nos, Dalchini- a small piece, Posthu 1/4th

Coriander seeds – 1 tea spoon

Ginger-1/2 inch

Garlic- 3 pods

Tomatoes – 2 no.s .
Grind
all the masalas into a fine paste.
Preparation
time - 20 mts.
Preparation Method: - first cut
paneer into small pieces and fry it in a medium flame till it looks slight
brown colour. Then remove them from pan and keep aside. Now, add bay leaves ,
sliced onions and green chillies let them fry into deep brown then add the
grounded paste, turmeric powder and salt fry it until the oil separates from
the masala once the oil leaves you can pour ½ cup of water then the paneer to
it and stir once let it cook for 2to3
minutes. At last garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with pulka, chapathi or rice.
