Method:-
1. Peel raw mangoes. Chop roughly / cut into a very small pieces.
2. Place mangoes in a deep micro proof bowl with 5 cups of water & microwave covered for 15 minutes.
3. When cool, blend in a mixer.
4. Blend the mint leaves separately to a smooth paste in a small spice grinder with a little water.
5. Add mint, cumin powder, powdered sugar and salt to the mango puree. Mix well.
6. Take a very fine metal strainer & strain the mixture. Check and adjust the seasoning. Chill. Pour
the panna over ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
Preparation :15 mins.
