Spinach, Fenugreek Soup - Sailu's Home Made

 Spinach Fenugreek soup


Method: Wash all vegetables neatly then chop spinach, onions, potato and ginger finely. Add 6 tea cups of water and place in a in a vessel / wok. Cook for 10 minutes. When cool, pass through a sieve. Crush all the vegetables and green leaves. Combine drained stock to the spinach. Before serving add milk, pepper and butter and boil. Serve with 1 tbsp of cream poured over every cup of soup with pudina patta.

1                       Carrot              
Handful             Fenugreek leaves  
1 small size      Onion               
1 small size       Potato             
1 tbsp               Butter             
small piece       Ginger             
1 tsp                 Salt                 
1/4 tsp              Pepper         
1 cup                Milk            
100 gms           Cream
